My research focuses on coaching psychology in a cultural context, especially that of the Middle East. Coaching is a relational process that is driven by the person being coached: the coachee. Culture may influence the coachee expectations of the process, and coaches may need to adapt accordingly. My research aims to explore how coachees in the Middle East want to be coached and what that may mean for how we coach.
