My research interests focus on the use of discursive-rhetorical social psychology to analyse experimentation in action. Using the recordings of a cognitive psychology experiment, I aim to analyse the exchanges between the participants and the experimenter in a lab setting. Of particular interest is to open an alternative way of conducting radically open science by making the experiment itself available for analysis and inspection. It is anticipated that the findings from this research will be used to develop training resources aimed at helping researchers to learn about how experiments are conducted.
