The main aim of my current study is to investigate the factors impacting overall workplace well-being related to individual and organizational outcomes. More specifically, this current study aims to develop and test a new workplace well-being model for manufacturing/industrial work settings across cultures (GCC and Türkiye samples). It further aims to compare the results between different gender, age groups, and job roles in the manufacturing setting. Additionally, as the GCC job market encompasses an expat workforce, the current study also aims to make national comparisons using the cross-cultural dataset.
