Better Executive Functions, Better Well-Being

Executive functions are a set of mental skills individuals use to plan, monitor, and execute their goals. Although studies have found that executive functions are related to mental health, the relationship between executive functioning and well-being has received little attention. In this talk, I will present our recent findings on executive functioning measurement for employees and followed by the examination of whether and how executive functions are related to employee well-being in the Malaysian context.
