The Role of Coaching at Heriot-Watt University – Coaching Lab Launch & Discussion Forum

To celebrate the launch of the Coaching Lab at Heriot-Watt University, we are hosting a number of activities during the International Coaching Week. We are kicking off the week with the formal launch of the Coaching Lab with a discussion panel that will discuss the role of coaching and coaching psychology in research, teaching, and practice globally at Heriot-Watt University and wider context. The coaching forum will be hosted by the Coaching Lab Director, Dr. Dasha Grajfoner who will be joined by other panelists, to address the following topics:

  • The coaching and coaching psychology experience at Heriot-Watt University
  • Integrating elements of coaching and highlighting the experience of coaching as a coachee
  • The impact of coaching over the way you work or study at Heriot-Watt University
  • Opinions on integrating coaching in staff and student support and academic development
