An Introduction to Mindfulness

with Kenny Boyd and Emma Smail

As well as an introduction to some of the main concepts used in mindfulness, there will be an opportunity to practice a few guided mindful exercises and approaches. This can often be the best way to grasp what being mindful actually means. There will be opportunity to discuss how you have experienced these exercises and, finally, information will be given as to where you can find out more, should you wish to further your practice. The session will be facilitated by Kenny Boyd (Counsellor) and Emma Smail (Student Wellbeing and Transition Advisor/Coach) from the Student Wellbeing Service.
