Do you worry about changes in your thinking skills, including your ability to remember things, solve problems or think quickly, as you get older? You are not alone.

In this session, Professor Alan Gow will explore how our thinking skills develop across the life course and the factors that might protect (or harm) the ageing brain. Along the way, he will explore what people understand about those things from public surveys, as well as asking you, the u3a audience.
